But over the years, we’ve discovered that online team building is a whole lot one-of-a-kind than in-person group building. 1.Photo of your life
Each team can share an image of something of their life, something that tells a story about the employee: their canine or cat, their favored mug to drink coffee, their kids, a preferred TV show, or even the view from their condo or house. Then ask the remote worker to share the story in the back of the photograph they shared and entertain the entire group.
2.Words with Friends
Download the app pair up employees to have matches towards one another. Each participant receives tiles with letters and, they want to mix the letters to create words. The participant with the most one is the winner.
3.Three truths and a lie
Host a video meet and ask every remote worker to tell three truths and, one lie about themselves. Keep the lie practical. So it won’t be so effortless for each person to guess.

Online/video convention and provide all your employees 5 minutes to suppose about what would make their bucket listing – what are some matters they would love to do in their lifetime? Then have everyone go round and share their list.
