In addition, being far away from junk helps us be active, which indirectly helps us be productive. 3.Exercise :

Sitting at home during covid made all of us fatigue. We need to do exercise to burn all the calories we are consuming; otherwise, being at home without any physical activity will make us obese. Lack of physical activity will not only make us unhealthy, but it also makes our brain functioning slower. Staying at home makes us suffocate, and getting irritated from that will make us unproductive.
